Job Description
The Associate role is primarily responsible for a portfolio of loans to ensure the insurance obligations as required through loan documents and various investor requirements are maintained.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of core insurance coverages
  • Review insurance policy renewal information from borrowers and or agents
  • Ability to remediate non-compliant insurance issues
  • Respond timely to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Monitor reports and deadlines
  • Utilize the Servicing System and other software applications
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements relative to the various product types
