Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance compliance
  • Ample surplus lines work experience
  • Comfort navigating state-by-state regulations and licensing processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Proactivity and drive, with ability to collaborate
  • Desire to work in a hybrid schedule from Austin office or entirely remotely
