Role OverviewWe need an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 1-4 years of civil litigation experience to independently manage their own caseload, advising sophisticated corporate and tech-company clients on complex disputes.
What You Will Do
Analyze insurance policies, advise clients on coverage positions, manage direct client relationships, litigate coverage disputes, and take ownership of matters from intake through resolution.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Bonus points if you have policyholder-side experience or familiarity with cyber, D&O, and E&O policies. You should be comfortable advising sophisticated corporate and tech-company clients on complex disputes and have a track record of strong legal writing and civil litigation.
Requirements
- Active California bar admission
- 1-4 years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance coverage experience a plus
- Policyholder-side coverage experience preferred; defense-side coverage also considered
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Civil litigation experience: depositions, motions, court filings
- Ability to work independently and manage own book of matters
