Role OverviewThis full-time opportunity is designed for an accomplished litigation attorney with a proven background in insurance defense, coverage analysis, and complex civil litigation. The successful candidate will manage sophisticated litigation matters involving insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, bad faith litigation, and first- and third-party claims.
What You Will Do
Manage insurance defense litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, represent insurance carriers and self-insured organizations in complex first party and third-party litigation, and conduct and defend depositions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling first party and third-party insurance claims, strong courtroom, deposition, motion practice, and legal writing skills, and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
- Minimum three (3) years of litigation experience within a law firm environment
- Demonstrated experience handling insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, personal injury litigation, premises liability, bad faith claims, first party and third-party insurance claims
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience drafting dispositive motions
- Experience appearing in Colorado state and federal courts
