Role OverviewWe are recruiting multiple Insurance Coverage & Complex Litigation Associate Attorneys for a well-established Colorado law firm representing insurance companies and self-insured organizations in sophisticated litigation matters. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 2–7 years of litigation experience, with 3+ years strongly preferred, who are prepared to take meaningful ownership of their caseload.
What You Will Do
Manage insurance defense, insurance coverage, and related complex litigation matters. Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims. Conduct and defend depositions. Draft dispositive motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
- 2–7 years of litigation experience, with 3+ years strongly preferred
- Experience handling substantive litigation responsibilities rather than exclusively supporting senior attorneys
- Experience conducting and defending depositions
- Experience drafting dispositive motions and other substantive litigation documents
- Experience appearing at hearings in state and/or federal court
- Strong legal research and analytical capabilities
- Excellent legal writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently evaluate issues and develop practical litigation strategies
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload and multiple matters simultaneously
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite in Colorado
