Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our growing team in Miami. The team provides advice to global Insurers and their insureds across various insurance classes, with a focus on complex coverage issues and reinsurance matters.

Requirements

  • At least two years of insurance coverage litigation experience
  • Primary and excess general liability coverage work experience preferred
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
  • Experience managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions
  • Knowledge of state court and federal court practice and procedure
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
