Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join our growing team in New York City. The team provides advice to global Insurers and their insureds across a wide spectrum of classes of insurance.

Requirements

  • At least two years of insurance coverage litigation experience
  • Primary and excess general liability coverage work experience preferred
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar
  • Experience managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of state court and federal court practice and procedure is required
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
