Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have at least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters. The candidate will have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills are required. Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
What You Will Do
The candidate will analyze insurance coverage, prepare coverage opinions, and represent insurers in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
