Job Description
Insurance Defense Civil Litigation Associate Attorney position at an established Miami law firm seeking an attorney with experience handling civil defense litigation matters and comfortable managing cases through various stages of litigation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • Strong understanding of civil defense litigation procedures and strategy
  • Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
  • Ability to conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments
  • Deposition experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Florida court procedures and litigation practice
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team
  • Prior litigation experience strongly preferred
