Role OverviewThis position is responsible for representing clients in all areas of insurance defense practice, handling cases that are primarily low in complexity and exposure. Manages all phases of cases from intake to resolution.
What You Will Do
Litigates low complexity and exposure cases, prepares pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, attends hearings, conferences, interviews, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Licensed to practice Law in applicable states required upon hire
- Civil litigation and/or personal/bodily injury experience preferred
- Public speaking
- Ability to function in adversarial or confrontational situations
- Driving
