Role OverviewAs an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, you will manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. You will work remotely and have offices in Novato and Folsom. You will be part of a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys advising and representing a diverse client base.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, evaluating liability and damages exposure, and preparing cases for settlement, trial, and appeal.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You should have recent insurance defense experience, a CA Bar, and knowledge of construction defect, toxic torts, products liability, general/premises liability, trucking & transportation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, employment defense, landlord/tenant, federal litigation, and habitability.
