The role involves drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, and evaluating liability and damages exposure.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and evaluating liability and damages exposure.
