Role OverviewWork as a remote Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, managing insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, and evaluating liability and damages exposure.
What You Will Do
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should have recent insurance defense experience, knowledge of construction defect, toxic torts, products liability, general/premises liability, trucking & transportation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury, and be a CA Bar member.
