Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution. The attorney will work remotely and have an office in the Henderson/Las Vegas area.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents, take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have recent insurance defense experience, knowledge of construction defect, toxic torts, products liability, general/premises liability, and trucking & transportation, and be a member of the NV Bar.
