Role OverviewWe're looking for a VIE Specialist to support our insurance verification efforts for our patients. The role requires extensive experience verifying complex behavioral health benefits, a strong understanding of commercial and government insurance plans, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume remote work environment.
What You Will Do
Collect, review, and validate patient insurance information, identify behavioral health carve-outs, and communicate eligibility findings to internal departments.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of insurance eligibility and benefits verification experience
- Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health insurance verification experience
- Extensive experience navigating payer portals and Availity
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, benefit structures, and behavioral health coverage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
