Job Description
Center for Bone & Joint Surgery is seeking an Insurance Follow-up Representative to review insurance denials, verify patient demographic information, and obtain necessary information to resolve outstanding denials/rejections.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in medical billing and collections
  • Knowledge of physician billing processes, ICD-10 and CPT coding
  • Advanced computer knowledge, including Window based programs
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
