Role OverviewWe are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles office. This opportunity is ideal for a California-admitted attorney with at least two years of sophisticated litigation experience. The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys on a diverse mix of matters, including insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, complex business disputes, and other high-exposure commercial litigation matters.
What You Will Do
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, coverage analyses, litigation reports, and client correspondence. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda addressing insurance coverage, bad faith, and commercial litigation issues. Take and defend depositions, attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements
- Admission to the California Bar required
- At least two years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong experience with drafting, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and depositions
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex factual and legal issues in a practical and commercially focused manner
- Strong client service orientation and professional judgment under pressure
