Role OverviewWe are seeking a Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Producer with a minimum of two years of commercial insurance production experience to develop new business and grow a book of commercial accounts.
What You Will Do
Prospect and secure commercial clients with annual insurance premiums of at least $50,000 per account, and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance production experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the applicable state
- Demonstrated success developing commercial accounts with annual premiums of $50,000 or more per client
- Strong knowledge of commercial property, general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, and umbrella/excess liability coverage
- Ability to build relationships with business owners, financial leaders, and executive decision-makers
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and follow through consistently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and agency management systems
