Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Sales experience in insurance, banking, retail, automotive, mortgage, telecommunications, or other customer-facing industries highly valued
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license if not currently licensed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow through consistently
