What You Will Do
Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs, quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products, conduct policy reviews, follow up with leads and referral opportunities, build lasting relationships, educate customers on coverage options, and deliver outstanding service while growing agency revenue.

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Customer-facing experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or similar industries is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing with our support
