Insurance Sales Agent/Store Manager

We are a leading insurance broker with over 1250 locations across 27 states, looking for bright and motivated individuals to lead our sales teams and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team's daily performance, expanding business by building relationships with existing customers, and mentoring team members to achieve high standards of customer care.

What You Will Do

The Store Manager will lead the sales team, expand business, coach team members, oversee operational targets, and assist with customer service issues. You will also execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a personal lines or property and casualty license holder, bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a 2 or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience/education. You should also have previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams, and a strong understanding of fiduciary duty and ethics.

Requirements
