What You Will Do
Work warm leads while proactively generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up. Quote and sell personal insurance policies from multiple top-rated carriers. Build and maintain your own book of business. Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service. Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
- Insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus, but motivated candidates from sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
