Role OverviewBrightway Insurance seeks an experienced and motivated Homeowners Insurance Sales Producer to join their growing agency in the Miami-Dade market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience quoting and binding homeowners insurance through multiple carriers, including Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.
What You Will Do
Sell and write new homeowners insurance policies throughout Miami-Dade County, work with inbound leads, and quote coverage through Brightway's carrier partners using QuoteRush and other agency management tools.

Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of recent homeowners insurance sales experience in Florida
- Demonstrated experience using QuoteRush for multi-carrier property quoting
- Prior experience writing business with Citizens Property Insurance Corporation
- Strong understanding of wind mitigation inspections, 4-point inspections, roof age and underwriting guidelines, flood insurance requirements, and South Florida property underwriting challenges
- Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
