We are searching for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Store Manager to join our growing team. The role involves leading the sales team, expanding business, and mentoring others to achieve financial rewards.

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
