Job Description
The Insurance SME - Technical Lead will work closely with clients and internal teams to establish relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage cross-functional teams. They will provide technical direction, develop long-lasting client relationships, and ensure industry best practices are followed.
Requirements
Bachelors/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas
9-11 years Core Analytics experience with prior Consulting/Implementation Experience preferably with Insurance Clients (P&C /L&A / Health)
Extensive experience in Pricing /Product Analytics (Pricing model development, maintenance, modernization)
Experience in working in dual shore engagement and must have experience in managing clients directly
Complete understanding and demonstrated experience of Python, R/SAS, SQL, Visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau and various modeling techniques
Managerial experience in leading analytics teams including career management of offshore staff, training, recruiting
