Role OverviewThe Insurance Solution Team Lead leads Brightway's Insurance Solution Specialist team, driving performance, development, and overall sales execution. This role is responsible for day-to-day team leadership, including performance management, coaching, and skill development to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals and service standards.
What You Will Do
Drive team performance in alignment with company OKRs, manage inbound/outbound sales workload, lead, coach, and develop a team of Insurance Solution Specialists, and foster a collaborative, accountable environment.
