Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of benefit verification/authorization experience or equivalent
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • 3 years of Clinical/Medical/Precertification/Predetermination/Authorizations/Verification experience
  • 4 years of end user Desktop Tools, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Office Equipment/Fax/Copier experience
  • 1 year of EPIC experience
