Role OverviewAs an Insurance Specialist, you will guide research and engineering teams to close knowledge gaps in underwriting, claims, and risk-assessment reasoning. You will design challenging, domain-relevant insurance tasks and evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics. You will also develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics specific to insurance tasks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating AI model outputs, developing evaluation guidelines, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
