Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving insurance processing errors and denials, working with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely payments, and utilizing your expertise in patient billing, claims submission, and payer guidelines.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hands-on denials and credit resolution
2+ years Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Healthcare experience
Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Download speed of 30MB or higher & upload speed of 10MB or higher
