Role OverviewThe Intake Center Program Associate will facilitate the transport of individuals and families to shelter, conduct initial diversion/intake screening, and support the quarantine placement of COVID individuals and families. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to incoming calls, completing diversion screenings, transporting clients to shelters, supporting quarantine efforts, and maintaining transportation logs. The role requires effective communication with colleagues and adequate staffing prior to leaving a shift.
