Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Clinician to join our team at Chicago Behavioral Hospital. As an Intake Clinician, you will play a crucial role in the process of responding to referrals and other requests for services and information. You will provide technical assistance to the discharge planning process under the direction of the Director of Intake and offer general support to the case management program.

Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in a human relations field is preferred
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional or RN preferred
  • Experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting, preferred
