Role OverviewJoin our team as a day shift, full-time, Intake Coordinator in Liver Post Transplant at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. As an Intake Coordinator, you will receive referrals, coordinate and assign staff and equipment, and maintain an accurate census. You will also verify physician orders, schedule admissions and informational visits, and discuss patient status with concerned parties.
What You Will Do
The Intake Coordinator Nonclinical responsibilities include receiving referrals, verifying insurance information, obtaining physician's licensure, and processing referrals/physician orders. You will also serve as the first line of contact for referral client care calls, maintain referrals, and track changes in client status.
