Job Description
The Intake Coordinator serves as a support to health plan teams by completing administrative tasks and coordinating activities such as answering telephones, taking messages and answering routine questions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Two years in a business or health care setting with strong emphasis on customer service and handling confidential matters
  • Health system experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
