Job Description
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for clients in the residential facility, ensuring an efficient admission process while interacting with clients, family, referrals, and guests.
Requirements
Works closely with Admissions to ensure smooth landing of clients
Completes admission forms with the responsible party, family member, power of attorney or client upon admission
Update admissions communication on Teams platform
Attends required trainings and meetings as directed
Creates, maintains and stock supplies client binders, curriculum, and materials
Supports Health Services as needed
Supports with client engagement and appointment setting
Completes client chart audits and updates appropriate staff when completed with accuracy
Assists and supports various care teams to ensure best company optics
