Job Description
The Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a welcoming environment for clients in the residential facility, ensuring an efficient admission process while interacting with clients, family, referrals, and guests.

Requirements

  • Works closely with Admissions to ensure smooth landing of clients
  • Completes admission forms with the responsible party, family member, power of attorney or client upon admission
  • Update admissions communication on Teams platform
  • Attends required trainings and meetings as directed
  • Creates, maintains and stock supplies client binders, curriculum, and materials
  • Supports Health Services as needed
  • Supports with client engagement and appointment setting
  • Completes client chart audits and updates appropriate staff when completed with accuracy
  • Assists and supports various care teams to ensure best company optics
