Role OverviewWe're looking for an Insurance & Intake Coordinator to contribute to the company's growth through detailed referral and intake coordination along with excellent customer and physician customer service. The role will be primarily based in Mason, OH and work M-F, 8:00 - 4:30pm.
What You Will Do
Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation. Liaison with referring providers to obtain documentation necessary for treatment, and communicate status of their patients.

Requirements
- Passion for Patient Care, and Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences
- Health Care Experience Required
- Prior Experience in Infusion is Preferred
- Insurance Prior Authorization Experience
- Medical Terminology Experience
- Overall Medical Insurance Experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new apps
- Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
