This is a part-time, hybrid position at a growing ABA company in Brooklyn, NY. The Intake Coordinator will be the first point of contact for new families, guiding them through the intake process, verifying authorizations, and ensuring documentation is accurate. Requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries.
Conduct intake calls with families (English and Spanish).
Verify insurance eligibility and authorization.
Maintain accurate records in company systems.
Coordinate with clinical, coordination, and recruitment departments.
