Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries.
  • Conduct intake calls with families (English and Spanish).
  • Verify insurance eligibility and authorization.
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Coordinate with clinical, coordination, and recruitment departments.
