Job Description
Empowering individuals and strengthening communities through mental health and substance use services. As an Intake Coordinator, you will guide individuals through the intake process, connecting them to the services that best meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (human services preferred)
  • Qualified Professional (QP) status required
  • Experience providing case management services with knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses, service options, and community resources
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ethical standards with no substantiated findings on the NC Healthcare Registry
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and ability to travel as required
