Job Description

The Intake Specialist will conduct thorough assessments, coordinate services, and provide crisis support to individuals seeking admission to our men’s drug and alcohol relapse prevention program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years’ experience in human services, social work, or substance abuse treatment
  • CAC I certification or peer coaching certification
