This is a hybrid role combining client intake, lead conversion, and community marketing. Requirements

  • Answer incoming calls and conduct thorough client intakes
  • Consult with prospective clients who call for free consultations
  • Represent the firm at community events, health fairs, churches, cultural events, and other gatherings
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, contractors, labor groups, and referral sources
  • Film and coordinate client video testimonials
  • Assist with social media content, outreach materials, and other marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate intake records and follow up with potential clients
