Job Description
The Substance Use Diversion Intake Counselor (Substitute) receives referrals, performs screening, brief interventions, assessments, and provides linkage to substance use treatment providers.

Requirements

  • Provide referrals and facilitate linkage to treatment resources
  • Complete all documentation
  • Perform and participate in follow-up activities
  • May be required to work flexible schedules
