Role OverviewThe A&R Technician is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls. Assists the A&R Clinicians, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information.
What You Will Do
Receive referral calls, obtain minimal demographic information, and refer the call to the appropriate source or schedule an assessment. Process all requests for information and external referrals. Assist with greeting walk-ins and ensuring initial intake paperwork is complete.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, experience working in a hospital intake department or business office, and CPI and CPR certification.
