Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join a growing Specialty Pharmacy/Home Infusion team in Tacoma, WA. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, insurance companies, and clinical staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and timely initiation of therapy.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Intake Coordinator, Patient Access Representative, Insurance Verification Specialist, Prior Authorization Specialist, or similar role within a Specialty Pharmacy or Home Infusion environment.
  • Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, and specialty pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification, authorization workflows, and reimbursement processes.
