Job Description
The Intake Referral Manager is responsible for pre-admission process from referral sources and performing necessary functions to direct potential admission to appropriate HCF Care Community.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required. Medical related Associate’s Degree required; LPN preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a position with similar goals and responsibilities
  • Compassionate, team players, social, trustworthy and service-minded
  • Self-motivated, dependable, ethical, and ready to jump in and provide outstanding care and customer service to our residents
