Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Intake Specialist to provide client-centered intake and referral services to individuals and families in need of resources and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of human service experience
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field with 1 year of human service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Ability to complete 40-hour domestic violence training
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
