Job Description
Role Overview

The Intake Specialist will take complaints regarding allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment of CPS students. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that will be paid for time worked on an hourly basis. The Intake Specialist will be held accountable for the following responsibilities: intake and process new complaints, follow up with school administration, data entry, prepare reports, and coordinate with other departments.

What You Will Do

The Intake Specialist will be responsible for answering the 833-TELL-CPS Hotline, receiving reports of sexual abuse or harassment via email, following up with school administration, and preparing detailed and accurate reports of activities conducted in each investigation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in an investigative or compliance environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
