Job Description
The Legal Aid Society is hiring an Intake Specialist to provide client-centered intake and referral services to individuals and families. The position involves gathering and processing pertinent information, working with community resources, and effectively triaging and de-escalating persons in crisis.

Requirements

  • Good computer skills and ability to learn a variety of applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated courtesy, patience, and good judgment under pressure
