Job Description
As an Intake Worker, you will be one of the first members of the social services team to interact with our new clients when they enter our shelter site, so it is critical that you are welcoming and supportive at a very difficult time in their lives.

Requirements

  • Conducting intake assessments for all new clients
  • Familiarizing new clients with our site and our program
  • Providing information and referral services to clients
  • Advocating for clients and assisting in navigation of the service delivery system
