Job Description
Integrated Automation Technician will travel 80-90% of the time and work up to 10 weekends a year. The role involves supporting SICK Services and Products throughout North America, providing customer service, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Requirements

  • Provide amazing customer service
  • Support various Services Organization programs
  • Build support structures and populate with SICK equipment
  • Make electrical connections of SICK equipment
  • Configure SICK products utilizing laptop and configuration software
  • Perform onsite commissioning of installed equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace SICK equipment
  • Provide accurate and timely service reports, timecards, and travel expenses
  • Attend required training sessions
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required
