Job Description
Integrated Automation Technician will travel 80-90% of the time and work up to 10 weekends a year. The role involves supporting SICK Services and Products throughout North America, providing customer service, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Requirements
Provide amazing customer service
Support various Services Organization programs
Build support structures and populate with SICK equipment
Make electrical connections of SICK equipment
Configure SICK products utilizing laptop and configuration software
Perform onsite commissioning of installed equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace SICK equipment
Provide accurate and timely service reports, timecards, and travel expenses
Attend required training sessions
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required
