Job Description
We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration and develop integrated marketing plans to bring the Trex brand and product portfolio to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute annual and campaign-based integrated marketing plans
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between brand, product, and channel marketing
  • Manage agency relationships and internal partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Translate consumer insights and category trends into actionable creative briefs and measurable campaign plans
  • Oversee campaign performance analysis and drive optimization across digital, retail, and partner channels
  • Champion brand consistency and ensure Trex's tone, visuals, and promise of "outdoor living perfected" are reflected in every touchpoint
