Role OverviewMaintain processes and procedures for the integration and test of space ground stations, and/or related equipment. Coordinate integration activities with supervisors, program engineers and various customer organizations. Document and disposition hardware and software discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions. Design and developing tooling to aid in the integration and test process.

Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience with ground system software deployment, integration and testing
- Experience with Integration & Test activities during demonstration & test-based verification campaigns
- Ability to clearly define and communicate test strategy
- Understanding of requirements decomposition, verification activity planning and execution
- Experience with development and review of software-intensive test plans & procedures
- Ability to proactively identify software issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause investigation
- Experience with Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash), Git
